100% Macabeo from Terra Alta, one day maceration before pressing into amphora. 'Gently sweet fruit, spice, herbs, lots of slippery texture, juicy and crisp, lightly chalky with a neat, savoury edge. Has some earthiness, undergrowth character, spice, preserved lemon notes. Intensity, precision in acidity, texture and flavour to the fore. Compelling wine' - Mike Bennie
