Sunday: 12pm – 8pm

Our kitchen closes at 9pm Wednesday – Saturday. On Sundays, our kitchen is open 2pm – 6pm.

Wines of While is a wine bar, restaurant and shop in Boorloo/Perth, on Whadjuk Noongar Country in Western Australia. We work with winemakers, artisans and farmers who produce wines and other drinks with care for land and a fixation on energy, flavour and finesse. These products are sourced mainly from Europe and Australia, through close relationships with their makers – for many of whom, their work represents a dedicated continuation of the time-honoured crafts of their families, villages and regions. Others are championing alternative approaches to winemaking and farming in their location. All share a love of the convivial and communal nature of good wine and food, and value the table as a place to gather. It's this ethos we aim to offer our own community.
